Q: Is it safe to make payments on natals.in?
A: Yes. All payments are processed through secure, trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or UPI details on our servers.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email/SMS wherever tracking is available from our courier partner.

A: Approved refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days and typically reflect in your account within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. See our Refund Policy for details.

Q: Can I return a book if I simply don't like it?
A: Since our products are printed books, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once the book has been delivered undamaged and as described.

Publishing With Us

Q: What publishing models does Natals Publication offer?
A: We offer three models: Self Publishing (author-funded, maximum royalty), Traditional Publishing (Natals-funded, selective), and Partnership Publishing (shared funding).

Q: What genres do you publish?
A: We publish fiction, non-fiction, poetry, academic, and research titles in Hindi, Bengali, and English. We do not publish erotic or controversial content.
