Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Natals Publication. This Returns Policy explains when and how you can return a product purchased from natals.in.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The book(s) received are damaged, defective, or have printing/binding errors.
• You received the wrong product(s) or an incomplete order.
• The packaging was tampered with or damaged in transit, affecting the product.

Due to the nature of printed books, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect purchase decisions, or dissatisfaction with the content of a book, once the product has been delivered undamaged and as described.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Books that have been used, written in, or damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
• Digital products or downloadable content, once accessed or downloaded.
• Customised or personalised orders, unless defective.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at natalspublication@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging, where applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps, including return shipping instructions where applicable.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will arrange for return pickup at no cost to you, or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges. If a reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item, and the shipping cost will be reimbursed along with your refund or replacement.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue. Upon approval, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
