At Natals Publication, we aim to get your books to you in good condition and within a reasonable timeframe. Please read our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our courier and logistics partners.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days of order confirmation and payment, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, sales, or for pre-order/print-on-demand titles.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

• Metro cities: 3-6 business days
• Non-metro cities and towns: 5-10 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7-12 business days

These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier network issues, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value. Any free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details, where available, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at natalspublication@gmail.com with your order number, and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
