Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are issued for orders placed on natals.in.
1. When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
- An approved return under our Returns Policy (damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order) where a replacement is not preferred or not available.
- An order cancellation made before the order has been dispatched.
- A failed or duplicate payment transaction.
- An order that could not be fulfilled or delivered due to reasons attributable to us.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at natalspublication@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, and you would need to follow our Returns Policy after delivery.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, including refunds for payments made via PhonePe and other supported payment gateways. In certain cases, at our discretion, a refund may be offered as store credit.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- We initiate the refund within 3-5 business days of approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Total time from approval to the amount reflecting in your account is typically within 7-14 business days, though this may vary based on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of an order is eligible for return or refund (for example, a multi-item order where only one item is damaged), a partial refund will be issued for the affected item(s) only.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is deducted from your account but the order was not successfully placed, or if you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your payment reference/transaction ID. We will verify the transaction with our payment partner and process a refund for the excess or failed amount.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after an undamaged product has been delivered as described.
- Delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- Digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded.
