Natals Publication is a self-publishing house based in India, founded in 2022, offering self-publishing, traditional publishing, and partnership publishing services across fiction, non-fiction, poetry, academic, and research titles in Hindi, Bengali, and English, along with an online bookstore.

We sell books published under our imprint and offer publishing packages (self, traditional, and partnership publishing) to authors. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on our website is accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content is error-free.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on natals.in, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) or service(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, including PhonePe. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

5. Publishing Agreements

Authors availing our publishing packages (Self, Traditional, or Partnership Publishing) enter into a separate publishing agreement with Natals Publication that governs royalty terms, rights, timelines, and deliverables. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not override, the specific terms of any signed publishing agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on natals.in, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Natals Publication or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Authors retain copyright in their original manuscripts, subject to the terms of their publishing agreement with us.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful content, infringing on the rights of others, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
