Natals Day 2026 — Entry Submission

Two pages. Your name in a printed book.

Write anything you like — a story, a memory, a poem, an argument — in 700 words or fewer, in Hindi or English. Every eligible entry is published: English pieces in Mosaic, Hindi pieces in Sanchay. Both with an ISBN. Both in print.

What your entry includes

The rules

• 700 words maximum. Roughly two printed pages. Shorter is fine.
• Hindi or English. Hindi goes into Sanchay, English into Mosaic.
• Any form. Story, essay, memoir, poem, letter, argument.
• Your own work, not previously published in print. A blog or Instagram post is fine.
• One entry per fee. Enter twice if you want two pieces in.
• .docx or .pdf. Typed, not photographs of handwriting.

What we don't publish

Natals doesn't publish erotic or deliberately provocative content, anything targeting a community, or anything plagiarised. That's the only reason an entry is turned down — and if yours is, we refund your ₹149 in full and tell you why.

How it works

1. Fill in your details and pay ₹149.
2. Upload your piece — we send the link the moment you check out. Your Order ID connects your writing to your entry.
3. We review and edit. We fix typos, spelling and punctuation; we don't rewrite your voice.
4. You're published, with an ISBN, and your certificate follows.

Entries close [DATE]. Books ship [MONTH]. Price includes GST. The entry fee is a submission processing fee and is non-refundable once your piece has been reviewed.
