Aakarshika's Wonderland

Aakarshika Wonderland is a colourful collection of stories, songs, personal experiences, reflections and artwork created by Aakarshika Jain, a seven-year-old Class 3 student. Bringing together writing and visual creativity, the book offers a window into a young child's imagination, curiosity, family life and developing understanding of the world around her.

The collection opens with Tales by Aakarshika, featuring her retellings and interpretations of the Ramayan, Snow White, Aladdin, Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood and other familiar stories alongside original creations such as The Earth Princess and The Secret of the Clockwork Garden. Moral stories, educational facts and pieces about water, India, mathematics, languages and environmental studies broaden its scope. Personal accounts of Goa, Jalandhar, Gwalior and Kashmir bring real experiences into the collection.

Melodies from My Heart presents original songs and expressive pieces, including Princess Jasmine Song, I Am a Success, Mother India and Humara Tiranga. Later sections move from writing to visual expression through notebook pages, digital artwork, mandala art and pencil drawings.

Family, imagination, learning, Indian culture, nature, friendship, confidence, creativity and gratitude run throughout the book. The final section, The People Behind My Smile, gives the collection an intimate family dimension.

Aakarshika Wonderland is designed primarily for children and families and may also encourage young readers to write, draw, imagine and confidently express their own ideas.
