In the 21st century, as we confront the challenges of climate change, nutritional insecurity, and the need for sustainable livelihoods, there is an urgent call to reimagine agri-food practices through the lens of innovation, technology, and policy support. The state of Uttar Pradesh, with its pioneering One District One Product (ODOP) initiative, Startup Policy, and MSME ecosystem, has become a beacon of transformative change—empowering farmers, food entrepreneurs, and small-scale enterprises to take local produce to global markets. This vision aligns seamlessly with India’s broader goals of achieving self-reliance, fostering rural prosperity, and ensuring food security. This compendium, “AGRIFOOD 2025- “Harvesting Innovation.
