काकांना अटॅक येतो...! is an engaging collection of twenty-five humorous Marathi stories inspired by real-life experiences, memorable encounters and the everyday situations observed by the author throughout his long administrative and social career.
The collection explores rural and urban life, family relationships, travel, marriage, politics, social customs, superstition, government offices and changing lifestyles. Through natural humour and unexpected turns, the author captures the amusing contradictions of human behaviour without ridiculing his characters. The stories encourage readers not only to laugh but also to reflect on fear, ego, suspicion, social conventions and changing values.
Written in simple, flowing and dialogue-driven Marathi, the book preserves the cultural flavour of Konkan and the warmth of ordinary people. Several pieces were previously published in the Marathi newspaper Dainik Sangharshneta and received an enthusiastic response from readers.
